Dimagra® Base Pizza Proteica
The pleasure of a delicious margherita pizza even during your weight loss journey. A tasty and easy to prepare meal that’s rich in both protein and fiber. Dimagra® Base Pizza Proteica can be used to make either pizza or focaccia.
For those who follow a low-calorie or normoproteic diet but don’t want to give up the pleasure or taste of pizza.
How to use
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F), remove base from bag.
To make focaccia: disperse a few drops of olive oil on the surface of the base. When the oven reaches the indicated temperature, put the base on the grill in the middle of the oven for around 6/7 minutes.
To make a pizza: add tomato sauce and any other ingredients of your choice. When the oven reaches the indicated temperature put the base on the grill in the middle of the oven.
Average cooking time is 8 minutes depending on the type of oven.
Wheat flour, water, mixture of legumes 30% (steamed white bean flour, steamed chickpea flour, steamed hulled yellow lentil flour, steamed pea flour), yeast, extra virgin olive oil, salt, dextrose, acidifer: glucono delta lactone.
