We recommend taking 1 capsule a day.

Ingredients

Kelp (ascophyllum nodosum (L.) De Jolis, thallus) powder; vegetable capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; dye: titanium dioxide); thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Warnings and side effects

The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for a period longer than 3 weeks, we recommend seeking medical advice. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage. Supplements should not be used as a substitue for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product in a cool and dry place, away from light sources. The expiration date refers to the product when properly stored in unopened packaging.
