It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day.

Saccharomyces boulardii (MTCC5375); vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; dye: titanium dioxide); Enterococcus faecium (SGEf01); Lactobacillus reuteri (SGL01); maltodextrins; Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LR06); Bifidobacterium lactis (SGLc01); Lactobacillus salivarius (SGL16); Lactobacillus acidophilus (DSM24936); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Warnings and side effects
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product in a cool and dry place, away from light sources. The expiration date refers to the product when properly stored in unopened packaging.
