When to use it
Cod liver oil is a dietary supplement based on omega 3, naturally rich in vitamins such as: vitamin A, which contributes to the maintenance of mucous membranes, skin and normal vision; vitamin D, which contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and normal muscle and immune system function; vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
How to use it
It is recommended to take 1 bead a day at meal time.
