Ideal sweetener in a low-calorie diet suitable for all those who want to limit sugar consumption. Also suitable for diabetics thanks to its zero glycemic index contribution and is excellent for preparing desserts. It contains erythritol, a substance naturally present in nature in products of vegetal origin such as fruit, and steviol glycosides, i.e. natural substances contained in the Stevia rebaudiana leaf with a sweetening power 300 times higher than that of common table sugar (sucrose). It has an antioxidant activity and does not promote dental caries.
