Isomalt, RELAXCOMPLEX® [Amino acid complex based on L-Glycine and L-Tryptophan on hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) support], aroma, acidifier: Citric acid; Maltodextrin, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., grass with flowers) dry extract tit. 0.5% in Vitexin, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., ligulate flowers) dry extract, anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; sweetener: Sucralose.

How to use it

Take 1 stick pack per day, to be dissolved directly in mouth.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. RELAXCOMPLEX® (Amino acid complex based on L-Glycine and L-Tryptophan) 600 mg The action of these two amino acids is synergistic in that, one, by blocking the communication between the specialized cells of the brain, has a calming effect on the central nervous system and induces relaxation, and, together with the other, contributes to the synthesis of serotonin, whose optimal concentration in the body influences sleep, cognition and mood.
Passionflower 30 mg Sedative action, with involvement of the GABAergic pathway in its action mechanism.
Chamomile 30 mg Studies document the relaxing effects of the extract, suggesting for it anxiolytic and antidepressant actions.
