Promo-Mamma is a supplement of vitamins and minerals (tablet), which contains essential nutrients for pregnancy, plus an Omega-3 capsule to provide a rich source of DHA, which contributes to normal brain and eye development of the foetus.

How to use it

Take simultaneously 1 tablet and 1 soft gel capsule daily.

Warnings and side effects 

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from light.
Active ingredients and action

The tablet contains Vitamins of the B group and Iron that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, Folic acid which contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Vitamins C, A and D that contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system; Magnesium and Iodine that contribute to the normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. The capsule contains DHA which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

Tablet ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid), Iron fumarate, Zinc bisglycinate, Niacin (nicotinamide), Vitamin E (DL-Alpha-tocopheryl acetate), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, micronised silica; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine chlorohydrate), Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), Pantothenic acid (d-pantothenate, calcium), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), L-seleniomethionine, Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin B1 (thiamine chlorohydrate), Copper bisglycinate, Beta-carotene, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Folic acid, Potassium iodide, Biotin.
Soft gel capsule ingredients: fish oil concentrate (containing Omega-3 fatty acids - min. 10% EPA and 50% DHA, constituent soft capsule: glazing agent: gelatin, stabiliser glycerol, antioxidant: Vitamin E (D-Alpha-tocopheryl acetate).
